Event Planning and Coordination:

• Assigned event coordinator

• Venue selection assistance & Coordination

• Basic event timeline creation and management 

Design, Decor and Setup:

• Basic Design for event collaterals – 2 items

• Basic decor setup, eg: table arrangements and signage 

On-site Execution:

• 1 coordinator, 1 assistant

• On-site event coordination for up to 4 hours 

• Same day setup + rehearsal + event (Up to 10hrs)

Post-Event:

• Post-event follow-up and feedback session (if required)
